Positive: Lovely place, lovely staff & wide variety of breakfast and lunch options; Alan had been a great help since the start where my trip had to be cancelled but has been helpful through every step of the way & ensuring that I've reached the place safely & that my whole trip is smooth. The girls at twin palms were also wonderful & accommodating to every need that I require such as breakfast, new towels etc. They also had equipments that you can use eg. stand up paddles; The beachfront location was a bonus as it is situated a bit further away from the main area :) Overall I had a great stay :)
