Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: We stayed just one night to catch the Mount Batur sunrise, and it was a great experience. Wayan is incredibly friendly and offers affordable treks up the mountain. He's done it over a thousand times! The rooms are small and simple but clean and comfortable, with everything you need. After the hike, the hot shower was perfect. Dinner on the porch with city lights below and stars above was a lovely touch. Just a heads-up: the road in is quite bumpy if you're arriving by scooter
