Positive: The views of the mountains and lake were fantastic from villa 1 but not as much from villa 2. The staff were more than happy to help anyway they could and we could order off their menu via WhatsApp and they would deliver to our villa. The young lady came at 7pm to put on a fire next to the outdoor bath but it didn’t stay lit and we took a lot of time trying to get it to stay a light. But was a nice feature.

Negative: The room hadn’t really been cleaned before we got there and when the young lady was showing us to the room , she asked us to wait while she swept the floors. There wasn’t any sealed water bottles, only one that she filled and gave to us. The sheets were stained and shower was a bit mouldy. Breakfast wasn’t great. There were excavators working all day and into the night right behind the villas. There were so many ants and spiders, we asked for some pest repellent spray and she said they didn’t have any, but villa 2 had some we used and it helped a lot. There didn’t seem to be enough hot water after running the bath out the front. I thought it was from a natural spring but we could t have a hot shower if the bath outside had been put on.

Summary: Great villa with so much potential. Staff were amazing but facilities need work.
