Villa niyamas is blend of balinese artistry style with modern western amenities, furnishings and comfort. No effort was spared in blending the villa into the local environment and culture.

Designed to be open-plan and open-air to the tropical breeze and natural light. With the high ceiling, the villa is always bright and cool. The beautiful living area is filled with arts and decoratives. A flat screen smart TV for those inclined to watch some netlfix or have their stream music in. The kitchen is also open concept and fully equipped. There is a custom-made bar table and a dining table set made of natural Suar wood.
Bedrooms:
Wake up to the rustling of leaves and fresh air. The bedrooms are impeccably designed with comfort and privacy in mind. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with en-suite outdoor bathroom with a balinese style shower. The main villa houses 2 bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is located near the edge of the valley with a balcony overlooking the river.

To further enhance the stay, we have a permanent night guard looking after the guest. He is situated just outside the villas.
