The enclosed living area, which offers a stunning view of the pool, boasts impressive high ceilings and expansive floor-to-ceiling doors that invite a refreshing breeze. The dining area accommodates six people comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, stovetop, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, and a Nespresso coffee machine. All necessary equipment and utensils for culinary creations are provided, along with crockery, glassware, and cutlery. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the villa features decking leading to a central private swimming pool from each bedroom and the living area, a bale for relaxation, and a sunbathing area with sunbeds. Each of the three bedrooms features comfortable, deluxe beds equipped with modern amenities including air-conditioning, ceiling fans and ample power outlets, complemented by ensuite bathrooms. The contemporary bathrooms showcase walk-in rain showers, premium Sensatia products and the master bedroom boasts an elegant bathtub for ultimate relaxation.
The master suite includes a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and dressing table, along with a spacious ensuite. The other two bedrooms offer the flexibility of a king bed or two twin beds, each with built-in wardrobes and their own ensuites.
The villa is situated on a quiet residential street, just a five-minute walk from the main road and beach precinct.
