Summary: I did not get queen size bed, twin beds, night manger called me to say king size bedrooms were sold out. Electric jacks were defective, could not charge my phone. Next day I contacted a different manager and changed rooms, the first manager lied to me. I could not find my sweater when packing to check out reported to front desk, magically it was found, returned
