Positive: Fresh and new

Negative: The elevators are always long and queued. The service is poor; every time I ask for something, it takes a long time and I have to call several times to be served. The hotel is new, but some of the room facilities are not good. When I entered the room, the phone didn't work, and the curtain came off. I had to report several times before being served. The kids' area is not spacious enough, unlike in Bandung. Children are uncomfortable swimming because it feels like cendol.
