Summary: Surprisingly disappointed by our visit. I think the images on the website and the exterior of the hotel tell a different story. The location is incredible and in a beautiful location - we did a wonderful hike up to the top of the mountain and really enjoyed it. Most disappointing was the room. Very basic. 3 star at best. To be fair, the bar/lounge was really cozy. The restaurant was nice and both dinner and breakfast was decent. The outdoor pool is a typical motel-style pool (small and basic). There is a small game room with some video games, etc for the kids which was fun for the kiddos. Bonus was the washer/dryer in the hotel to do laundry.
