Summary: Pool was very very cold, so that was a dissappointment - had planned on a good swim for the kids before bed. One of the reasons we booked this particular hotel. Additionally, we got stuck between floors in the elevator after paying for a late check out - our card did not work in the elevator and it was before the new check out time. We had a traumatized 5 year old.
