Summary: I would recommend going to a regular hotel. The size of the room was impressive. We had a one bedroom king. The minimalist aesthetic was nice, however if you’re going with that aesthetic everything else needs to be pristine! That was not the case. The small sofa was covered in stains, it was absolutely filthy! There was a small throw on the end of the bed, so I grabbed that to cover the couch but it was also filthy! Had a huge crusted white stain/residue on it. There were scuff marks on the wall, a few of the cups in the cabinet weren’t clean, the seal on the shower door was peeling away…just not what I expected for what they charge per night plus the $500 incident hold. I asked for more towels and clean linens and never received them. The front desk staff are so far removed from what good customer service is it’s ridiculous! When I brought my issues to their attention immediately after check-in I was met with a “deer in headlights” sort of look followed by silence, then a very insincere apology. No offers to rectify the situation. Needless to say, wouldn’t book here again and they offer no parking options, at least that’s what I was told by the woman at the front desk.
