Positive: - Quiet My room was not near the reception area. Practically no traffic noise could be heard. - Thick walls I couldn't hear the neighbors in the next room. - Lovely courtyard with flowers - No issues with pests like ants or cockroaches. - English The young lady at reception speaks excellent English, as does the manager who called me in the evening. - 50 m from Indomaret, an ATM, and Alfamarket. - Large windows and no visible mold - The next morning, a gentleman drove me to the airport at 6 a.m. for 50,000 IDR. - Plenty of recommendations and tips After checking in, I received many recommendations and tips via WhatsApp (sights, excursions, restaurants, etc.), though I didn't make use of them due to my short stay. - Free upgrade to a more expensive bungalow due to air conditioning issues - The more expensive bungalow was perfect; 10/10 rating.

Negative: - Noisy and faulty air conditioning I reported that the air conditioning was too loud. Two men came to take a look at it. It took several hours for a technician to arrive with the replacement part. The technician had great difficulty replacing the faulty part. Between 9 and 10 p.m., I received a call from the manager. He offered me a larger, better, and more expensive room, which I accepted immediately. The new room was truly first-class—a 10/10 rating. - In the room I had originally booked, there was only cold water, and there was no mirror in the bathroom. The new room had everything.
