Positive: First time spending Christmas overseas with my little family, and we truly enjoyed our stay here! This is a great resort, just 5 minutes away from the ferry terminal, which is super convenient for families with young kids. Everyone at the resort was so friendly and polite, always greeting us with smiles. Our room was spacious enough for our family of five, and we loved that the sofa bed could be converted into two single beds. The beddings and pillows were very comfortable too. The activities were fun, and the kids especially enjoyed the ATV rides and swimming. Renting a 3-wheel scooter and riding around with the kids was honestly the best decision as we could never experience something like this back home in Singapore! Food at the restaurant was decent, and we really enjoyed the Indomie live station and the kids’ corner with child-friendly options. A special shout-out to Todo from the restaurant, he truly went the extra mile. He was so friendly and warm with my kids that they absolutely adored him and insisted on looking for him every day! He treated them like friends and made them so happy. Thank you, Todo, for creating such lovely memories for my boys. One small downside would be that the bathroom lighting can be a bit dim at night. Hopefully brighter lighting can be considered in the future. Other than that, we would definitely love to come back again. Thank you, Natra, for making our Christmas so special!
