Positive: Clean and comfortable. Great facilities. Friendly staffs. There is a free shuttle service from Sekupang Ferry Terminal to the resort.

Negative: A little far from the city centre but no issues with getting taxis on apps

Summary: An enjoyable experience at KTM resort. Would recommend.
