Summary: First off- the location is excellent. We wanted to be just close enough to Nashville where we could drive in and be a part of the action- but have a hotel that was close to other things as well and this hit the mark. No sketchy people hanging around - felt safe for 2 lady travelers. The property needs some help. The carpet was in really bad shape- stained and the walls were beat up pretty badly. There are NO exhaust fans in the bathrooms and the shower had mold growth and could tell it had been poorly caulked over multiple times. The room smelled weird- damp. Had some mold growth starting on the ac unit. We cleaned and attached some air freshener meant for cars to help. Had missing bedside lamps so there was no light there and big hole in the wall. The beds were just very meh. Not as comfortable as a usual Hilton. If this property had some renovations it could be 8-10 but for all reason except the great staff and the location- I give a 6
